Exploring Delhi’s Cultural Treasures
On a bright and sunny day, our school students embarked on an educational and exciting picnic to Delhi. The first stop for class 9th to 12th was the mind-bending world of illusions at the Museum of Illusion.The illusions were not only entertaining but also educational, leaving us pondering the mysteries of the human mind and for class 6 to 8th journey started with their visit to the Rail Museum, a paradise for train enthusiasts. We explored vintage locomotives, carriages, and we even had the opportunity to hop on a few restored trains, experiencing the charm of travel from a bygone era.The Doll Museum welcomed our 3rd to 5th graders with an enchanting display of dolls from different cultures and eras. We marvelled at the craftsmanship and creativity behind each doll, gaining insights into various traditions and customs practised across the globe. Their eco-friendly journey took a turn towards environmental awareness at Waste to Wonderland.
Next, we ventured into the majestic Parliament House, where we learned about the democratic process and the significance of this iconic building in shaping the nation’s history.
Throughout the day, our school students engaged in enriching experiences that blended education with entertainment.
