RAO LAL SINGH PUBLIC SCHOOL, SIDHRAWALI (GURUGRAM)

02-Sep-2021

I am heartened to share that our students want to make a difference, broaden perspectives and build a caring school culture. The celebrations took place on this 2nd sept. is a good example of it, where our children presented a thanksgiving card and a memento to the Covid Warriors of the village Sidhrawali. They had an amazing and interesting rendezvous with the saviours of humanity - Our Covid Warriors. It was indeed a joyous and learning experience for all of us. These children truly deserve praise and recognition for their beautiful thoughts and feelings.
The day started with the ritual of Havan to invoke blessings of the Almighty God followed by the school choir.
And I feel incredibly proud to share a glimpse of celebrations in and outside school on 113th Birth Anniversary of Lt. Sh. Rao Lal Singh Ji.

2 September 2019

Dear Parents

To commemorate the 111th birth anniversary of Late Rao Lal Singh Ji, the school had an array of activities. The atmosphere of the school took a festive look. The day started with ‘havan ceremony’ to invoke the blessings of great visionary Rao Lal Singh Ji.

The day was filled with fervor and excitement amidst thrills and shrills. The star attraction of the day was our athletes who won gold medal at district level tournament. The school awarded Yashika, the boxing champion with rupees 5000 and all 12 winners of Kabbadi championship with rupees 1000 each and also announced a handsome reward in case of victory at the state level. It was a day filled with sportsmanship, enthusiasm and memories to cherish.

The happiest people are the ones who make others happy. Students of the school visited an orphanage in Pataudi which is home for the physically and mentally challenged children. The student volunteers greeted them with happy faces of orphanage children and they were happy to engage with them. It was indeed very satisfying experience for the students as they could bring smile on the children faces however for a brief period. They realized that one must contribute and understand his/her social responsibilities towards society.

DAelicios prashad/lunch was served to the students. It was an enjoyable lunch where students unwind and relaxed with friends. It was definitely a treat for all the students.

I would like to acknowledge every teacher and student for their sheer hardwork and cooperation.

In short, it was a memorable day.
